I'm interested in enrolling my 3 year old in a part-time preschool (interested in child care centers or church-based programs) offering half days. I'd prefer a school with more of an emphasis on academics if possible. Any recommendations on good programs in the SW Durham, RTP, Morrisville area would be great.
Also, does anyone have pos/neg experiences to share with Kids R Kids in Durham and Morrisville?
I know that there are a few churches around Hope Valley area that have nice preschool programs that are part time. (Epworth Unithed Methodist & Westminster Presbyterian). I know a friend that had her child in Kids R Kids in Clayton, but I'm sorry I can't provide specific recommendations about the ones in Durham/Morrisville. Good luck w/ your search; i know it can be tough to find good childcare.
I just toured the kids r kids in RTP and was very impressed with their organization and curriculum. I know there is one in Morrisville and they all follow the same curriculum so you may want to take a look at them. Also, there is the Primrose school in Morrisville that a friend of mine has her kids at and is very happy with.
my son goes to carolina kids academy on morrisville carpenter. i really like it.
