Hampton's @ Research Triangle park- any experiences/links/opinions? (Durham: apartments, homes)

Hampton's at research triangle park:

Triangle Apartment Homes - The Hamptons


Looking at these apartments and cannot find any reviews online at places like apartmentratings.com and wonder if it is under a different name (name change recently). Does anyone have any thoughts or 1st or 2nd hand knowledge of the place?
-management
-cleanliness
-safety
-noise
-population (college students vs non)
-etc??

I stayed there for over 2 years back in 2000 and found The Hamptons to be excellent in every regard - absolutely no complaints whatsoever
