Anybody see on the news that a RTP like 6 billion dollar development may be coming to Apex and they estimate 30,000 jobs. That's huge.

Based on the post time listed, it looks like the OP posted it as I was typing mine. Timing is everything.

I just saw it quickly on the news this morning and they mentioned being able to start the project next year. I wonder what something of that size will do for traffic and how will they address it?

This would be great if they ever build it. We gave up the Triangle's easiest commute into RTP, when we left Cary. Having this in Apex would shorten our commute a lot. It would be a relatively short drive from our town into Apex. Let's hope it happens. This is the type of development we need. Let's spread everything around, so people can easily live in different areas and not have to all cram into the same spot. This is the greenest way to develop.
