Hello ya'll. My family and I are putting in a contingent bid for a house in the Cotswold sub-division of Cary. Any Cotswold people on this board? We have 3 young ones (5-1.6) and are very looking foward to this move.
As soon as we sell our house in NY we are setting up to go right into contract.
If possible can I get some thoughts on the neighborhood and such? We have been down a hand full of times and this location, house and sub-division feel like perfect matches for us.
We look foward to any input and thank you in advance.
Hope to be there soon!!!!

I live in the neighborhood that is attached to Cotswold (Glenmitt Stone). The area is great, lots of kids, I think you will enjoy it. Good luck with the sale.

We live across the street from Cotswold. We looked at some homes there before we bought our house. It is a nice neighborhood, seems quiet and most of the homes look cared for.

CNCSMOMDAD, do you live in windermere? We looked there too and had a house we wanted but it sold. Ultimately we love the house we are about to put an offer on and hope everything falls into place the way we need!

Yep, that is where we live. Were you looking at the house on Millsford Hill?
