There's another thread out talking about the Wake Forest area, but I wanted to get your opinions of good, not too expensive, restaurants in NW Raleigh. What are your thoughts? Ethnic restaurants preferred, but all are welcome.

For WINGS...if you go to Buffaloes on Tues. and Sundays, they have wings for 35 cents each. Go early...it gets crowded. They also have great burgers!

For MEXICAN, Chipotle for Burritos, Salsa Fresh and Cosumels. Cosumels is on Creedmoor Road and shares a kitchen with Wildflower Pizza so you can order off both menus if you are with kids that prefer something other than what you want!

For ITALIAN...Miltons is great. A family owned Italian restuarant thats been around a long while is at Oak Park Shopping Center called Casa Carbone.

Ok...now I'm hungry...LUNCH!

Vicki

Waraji for Japanese and sushi (on Duraleigh just off of Glenwood).

Lynnwood Grill for pizzas, sandwiches, wings, beer, etc. They have 25 cent wings and $1 PBR's on Mondays. (next to Raleigh Grande movie theater).

Dos Taquitos for authentic Mexican, great ambiance (Creedmoor and Millbrook).

Taverna Agora for Greek, but it's a kinda pricey (on Glenwood).
