What does Raleigh have that is better than Durham? What does Durham have that is better than Raleigh? Which city do you think is a better city? Are we really just one big city?

We should just combine into one city called Caryleighham Hill. Then we can avoid these discussions

No. I am looking for specifics. Not generalizations.

I posted a thread about this a while ago. I think my thread on the topic was better than this one!

Or just change it from the Triangle to The Octagon (Apex/Cary/Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill/Holly Springs/Fuquay/WakeForest)

(sorry would have added more but I get lost after "Octa")

You can't be serious with this post. Are you honestly oblivious to the differences between these cities?!!! Why does one have to be "better" than the other? They are simply different and it would be an exhausting proposition and very time consuming to pin-point each difference and elaborate upon them. I, as a Raleigh native, have made it clear that I like Raleigh better and in fact, don't like Durham. But I am not you or anyone else on this board, so I can't speak for others. It has become obvious that many of the posters on this board like Durham better than Raleigh. To each his own. But they are different, no question.

Such as, public transportation, museums, art galleries, malls, foodies, roads, jobs and more. What is it that makes one person like one over the other?
