I know. I spoke with my mother, who lives in MA, and she is so depressed now with the awful weather. Rain, rain, rain and cold, cold, cold. It's good to be in NC. They should coin that phrase.

Stop It! We yanks brew our iced tea, too. We then add sugar to it. (or artificial sweetener, or lemon, or mint...)

The fact that the southern version uses simple syrup is what makes it unique.

I hope you're kidding about selling your jackets!! Winter in NC gets COLD. Not every day, but there are a few weeks when it's cold and damp and it's really hard to get warm. Feels way colder than CO b/c of the humidity. You'll need those coats!!

Now hot weather, in any form, is a thumbs up to me~!

Was watching the weather this morning and they said the last time we hit 100 was June 8th of last year (and that was during that crazy hot as hell week where we had a week's worth of 100s)

Sun tea is tasty, but not good due to the growth of bacteria. Boiling water kills it off, the sun makes a perfect breeding ground, so I stick to boiled water. I tend to order unsweetened and sweeten it myself, too many restaurants server sugar water with no real taste of tea.

I really enjoyed the weather yesterday, unfortunately I'm stuck at work today and can not enjoy the great weather.
