Just wondering if bars and /or nightclubs are open on the 4th of July in downtown Raleigh. Last year the Alibi was closed on the 4th, and wonder how many other places follow suit.

I have NEVER heard of a bar in Raleigh using the 4th as a reason to be closed. With the 4th on a Saturday, I would expect normal business hours.
