We are looking at moving from Charlotte to Raleigh later this summer. We currently live in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte (close to downtown, parks, restaurants, good school, etc) and trying to find similar neighborhood in the Raleigh Cary area. We have a toddler & infant so schools are important and we like living in an urban setting. Is there anything like that in Raleigh?

I thought I'd try to help the OP. If you are unfamiliar with that area.

From the youtube video you linked, I'd say that you want to start your search in the Cameron Park area. Here's the best video I could find of the neighborhood from a skateboarder's perspective. Unfortunately, I might make you nausiated.

YouTube - Cameron Park Riding
It's a pricey neighborhood but really fantastic.
check these links as well.
Welcome to Cameron Village (to the immediate and walkable north side)
YMCA - Alexander Family - Raleigh, NC (to the immediate and walkable south side)
Pullen Park - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (to the almost immediate but still walkable south)

Raleigh, N.C. - New York Times (to the immediate and walkable east side)

The walkable neighborhood elementary school: Wiley Elementary
The walkable neighborhood high school: Broughton High School - .......Welcome to Broughton....Approve Ye That Which Is Excellent.........

I used to live in Dillworth in Charlotte, I would suggest Five points area Cameron Village thats the closest you will get in Raleigh.
