I've read a few posts people have written about Suncrest Village, but they seem to be, at best, a few years old. Does anyone have any new information? We are relocating to the Raleigh area with 4 boys (12, 4, and two that are 1) and we're looking for a really family friendly neighborhood to accomodate all age groups (tweens as well as little ones :-) ). Suncrest Village looks like a cute area and in our price range (275,000 to 340,000). Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated......I've read several posts by NorthRaleighGuy - you seem very knowledgeable with a lot of great info about the area! We're also thinking about the Wake Forest area, as well......do I sound overwhelmed, or what??!!
