Does anyone know anything about property management companies? (Charlotte, Chapel Hill: rental market, chapel)

I'm going to try again. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of property management companies in the triangle region. Maybe you are renting in the area and dealing with a company? Are they good or bad?! Any opinions from 'the locals' on the rental market at present would be gratefully recieved.

Thanks - good to know there is at least one recommendation out there. Think I've seen their website.
We are visiting again - yippee - at the end of May. Going to the Triangle and Charlotte again to see what we feel second time around about purchasing an investment property in N.C.
Bringing our 17yr old daughter this time so when we've dragged her out of Abercrombie and Fitch we hope to head for the mountains. Planning our itinerary as I type.

P.S. Does anyone else feel they need a torch and earplugs in that store?!!!

We used allenton mgt to find a rental house in Chapel Hill- very on top of things.
