When we went several years ago, it was fun and "small town," but unbearably hot. You park and take a shuttle there.

It looks like it's grown considerably, and if you can take the heat (and many people can), it looks like a lot of fun. 30th annual Festival for the Eno

If you're new, I'd highly recommend you take a friend and go for one day just to experience it and see for yourself!

It is a great festival in a sweet setting with so many choices of music to hear and things to do. Excellent musicanship and artisans selling their amazing wares. Definitely bring cash for food, but most artists probably take credit cards by now, although maybe not all.

The first few years I went (back in the early 90's) it was just a few dollars to attend, but the price rose steadily over the years. I guess it's still a bargain for all the music and enjoyment you can have - if you can bare the temps. The last time I went it was so hot we did a quick walk through and turned around left.

It's nice that they finally allow you to bring in a cooler as it's always very hot when it's held. I'd say it's something to try at least once if you can take the heat cos it is alot of fun.

I remember when it was $5! I haven't been in years and have been wanting to go back for a while now. It has always been lots of fun, but hot!

It is hot, but you can go down to the river and cool off in the water...which helps.
