Looking for a real nice newer complex in Cary, 2 bedroom, for $1200 or less. Would like something quiet with good "rules". Anything out there?

Thanks.

I'm at the Lodge at Crossroads. Coming up on 2 years here and have enjoyed it with no complaints. Mine and a few of other units here have oversized 1 car garages that are very spacious. The complex is tucked away, but right next to everything.

There is another brand new complex right next to the Crossroads 20 movie theater, not sure of the name but they look nice as well.

The Lodge at Crossroads

I live in Vista at the Park (in cary but right off 55 just over the wake county line). It is quiet and fits your price range. I actually pay less than your budget for a large 3 bedroom with an attached garage.

Thank you very much, I'm new around here and may need something in a hurry, as my current rental may fall through.

Default Tradition at Stonewater

Try Tradition at Stonewater. Near O'Kelly Chapel Road and 55 Highway. Got 3 br, 2 bath, and 2 garages for less than $1200. They are still building units so it's very new. Common sense management, too.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I am moving into Windsor at Tryon Village in Cary in a couple of weeks. This is temporary and through a relo company for work. Do any of you know if it's a nice complex / area?

The name of the new apartment complex near the movie theatre @ Crossroads is called "Legacy". The apartments are beautiful on the outside and I love the red doors. It's very nice looking on the outside & close to everything.

Fantastic community, you'll love it there. The apartments are beautiful and they have a great staff. I'm an apartment locator and I send my clients there all the time. They're definitely one of the best in the area!

Didn't live there, but Weston Lakeside was really nice when we looked at it... Liked the fact that it was nestled away from the main road, yet convenient enough to I-40 and a couple of plazas. Also, we just moved from Preston's Reserve and it was nice and quiet to us... Although I've heard that it's hit or miss depending upon the building you're in.
