Oops, I meant to have "game" in there, but somehow left it out.

We went to see Transformers at IMAX first, got some pizza, then walked over right around 9pm and got pretty close to the stage. The concert was really good and the crowd was much better behaved than a lot of other outdoor concerts I've gone to (if you've ever been to an Ozzfest, you know about rowdy patrons!). It was hot and the rain felt good because of that, but people were actually pretty considerate, even the really drunk ones! And Joan Jett played several Runaways songs, as well as some new stuff. I've never seen her perform before, but she sounded great, just like the recordings.

BTW: I've never heard of bean bag toss referred to as anything other than that - to me, "cornhole" always meant what Gucci thought - learned something new today!

I did not realize cornhole (the game, that is ) was so elusive. There is even a whole association for it. And they seem to be pretty serious about their cornhole! Corn Toss, Cornhole, Bean Bag and Bean Toss - Rules, Sets and Standards

I also thought Joan Jett sounded great. And the crowd, though uncomfortable, was surprisingly well-behaved for that amount of people (although a friend of mine had someone go nuts-o on her after they stepped on her toes; I guess there is always that person around somewhere).
