My husband and I saw a home in this community and think it's wonderfully priced. It's down the road from North Ridge Elementary. Can anyone tell me about this area, as well as the school? The zip is 27615. Many thanks!

Our niece lives off Harps Mill and Fiesta Way..same zip I think. She and DH love the area..but also miss WF greatly. She has a 2 storey colonial with a very deep lot for a subdivision. She does not have kids so not sure about the schools. Do know there were (are?) lots of homes for sale / rent in the area...

That is known as Northridge and a very nice and well respected North Raleigh location. It is adjacent to the Northridge Country Club with a mix of older and newly renovated homes. Go to the Wake County Public School site and review the scores. I have sold many homes in that community and the homeowners love the area....Good luck!
