I am looking for a facility or clubhouse who rents out their pool after hours for a small private party. I do not need all day service, but would prefer more than 2 hours. Sold home and pool is no longer available. Need a location quickly. I prefer the Raleigh area as the location.

My recommendation is Oxford Hunt in Cary, right next to Bond Park.

What kind of party? Is this something you could rent a shelter at a public park or something along those lines?

Good point. If you want to serve alcohol you are SOL.

How many guests? Is this a catered event? What time of day is "after hours"?

About 35-40 guest and i could use a park, but wanted a pool setting instead. This event will not be a catered event, we are supplying the food. I was thinking later in the evening like 4pm to 7pm

If you just want a park (or lake) setting then there are lots of options for city owned facilities. The deck/verandas at the Lake Wheeler (I think $90/hr) or Bond Park Lake marinas, for example. However, if you want a pool, I can't think of anyplace off the top of my head. You'll need to find a subdivision or apartment complex that is willing to rent theirs out to you.

If you want to rent a subdivision/apartment pool, they might require you to be sponsored by someone who lives there.
