And this is important why?

There are an endless amount of towns that have household incomes in the six figures. What is the reasoning that Morrisville made this list?

maybe those towns do not have a Median Household Income of greater than $100,000.

I think it is notable considering the cost of living in most towns where 6 figure salaries are fairly common. e.g. look at the median home price for most of the town on that list; Morrisville is one of a few that are under $300k...

I just figured it was of local interest. I too noted the house price/income ratio was good. And if you live in Morrisville (which I don't) it would always be nice to see your hometown listed in a positive light

Dramatic landscapes border the city of Morrisville with the Blue Ridge Mountains to the west, and the Outer Banks and Atlantic coast to the east.
LOLed at this. When I think dramatic landscapes bordering a town, I think of ones where that landscape is within sight, not a 2+ hour drive away.

Ha, the picture they are using for Morrisville is of the model houses in the providence place subdivision.

You think people might notice that there is something missing?

Is a 6 figure household income that rare? Seems like it's very doable if it's a dual income household (which most tend to be these days) with moderately educated individuals. Then again, maybe there are other factors that I'm missing.

Foreclosure signs? Homeless people in reflective vests? Traffic?
