Does anyone have any positive or negative feedback on the Maggie Run Subdivision? What about the schools for this area? Thanks

It is a quite area. I did notice that there were more than a few houses for sale recently, new and resale. It is just been finished building out. There are a few farms that backup to some lots so never know what will end up on those farms. Most of the homes are well cared for but there are a few at one entrance that really dont "fit in". Looks nice. Schools, check the wake county school website and punch in an address in maggie run to see what the current assignments are. Dont have a link but its there. As I recommend if the pool is important to you, really is good to check how crowded it is on a mild simmer weekend.

Default Just bought in Maggie Run

We are relocating to Fuquay-Varina from FL, and bought a house in Maggie Run SD. The home schools for the area are Lincoln-Heights Elem, FV High, and I'm not sure about the middle school. We won't be moving in until end of May, but I have spent some time up there and it really does seem like a family friendly neighborhood. My wife and I really like that each house is very different in it's own way (No cookie cutter homes). I'm really looking forward to finally getting there permanently. I have to agree with Ducter though... I think the pool probably gets quite crowded in the summer. It's kinda small.
