Does anyone know whats going on at the intersection of Alexander and Page?
They've cleared away a huge track of land. I haven't been able to find anything online about this. I have a friend who tried calling the city of Durham to no avail. (West of Page at that intersection is considered Durham, right?)
My vote is a new shopping center though my gf thinks there will be some new apartments.
