We are considering a move to Chapel Hill for High school. Not interested in the new school but not sure what differences there might be between East and CH High.

All three of the high schools in Chapel-Hill Carrboro are highly regarded. Of them, East Chapel Hill is regarded as the best. That's due in part to the fact that it's student population is more consistently from affluent families.
