My DH and I are looking for a new physician, preferably in the Cary area or West Raleigh. Does anyone out there have a physician in these areas that they REALLY LIKE?
Thanks!

I have been going to Waverly Primary Care for the past 11 years. I like all the physicians that are there. There was one I did not care for, but she is gone now.

When I lived in cary, I went to see Susan Catchings, with schmidt and catching. They are in waverly place. She is wonderful, is amazing with kids, and takes the time with people.

Default Avoid Scmidt & Catchings

I can't complain about Ms Catchings, but everything else about the practice is terrible.

If you have a 9am appointment, don't be surprised to be moved from the waiting room to the exam room at 9:15, then wait another 30 or 40 minutes before the nurse starts preliminary work, and finally your real exam begins roughly 1 hour after you were scheduled.

This happened 7 of the 8 visits. We finally found a new practice.

Besides that the office help is terrible, confused, inarticulate, sloppy and often just plain wrong.

In the end, they charged us $30 TO LEAVE THE PRACTICE!

Avoid this practice at all costs. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
