I need a mannequin head (the torso would be nice too) donated for a school project. Thought I had one lined up at a store in Southpoint but they got rid of it along with all the other old ones. I've had no luck with the other stores at Southpoint--many don't even use mannequins with heads. Any ideas?

You can use my head.

I'm not doing anything with it.

(Unfortunately, I don't have a mannequin head, but it's getting there.)

I saw a lot of them (along with other mannequin pieces) last time I was at the flea market at the NC Fairgrounds about 3-4 weeks ago, but it could be that vendor has already sold them and left. Anyway, might be worth trying tomorrow. They were in the outside area.

Yes, I was going to mention the fairgrounds, too. Probably still has them as I don't imagine they are "hot sellers"but who knows.

Default I had one!

Oh boy wish I would have held onto the one I had but I dumped it -- literally. You should have seen the guys face when we threw that full sized mannequin over the truck bed!!

I bought ours named "Manny" on ebay for super cheap.

Call some of the antique or thrift stores in the area. They get EVERYTHING.
