Haha-thanks Frank-that would definitely help us meet any new neighbors! As well as the HOA, etc..Thanks for advice everyone it is nagging me so it obviously is a problem. We are hoping to stay until our kids get out of high school. There is a bonus upstairs and 4 BR/ 2bath. Fixtures are nice-everything pretty upgraded. I will check into the plumbing. Thanks everyone.
Glad you can laugh about it ... While I'm generally very left brained I'd suggest following your heart here. You seem very excited about this house, no doubt others would be too.
Obviously wasn't an issue for the people that bought the home initially. I think for some it will be, for others, it won't.
