Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't be any impact on Southern Meadows, but if the politicians decide to allow a toll road, I think that project will come together with amazing speed. And Southern Meadows is within the Study Area.

Using these words in the same sentence? Isn't that something like an oxymoron?

But seriously, not to derail this thread or anything, but just how fast would you expect I540 to go in if it is decided that it'll be a toll road? If you believe the NCDOT plans on their website, the southern portion of the loop (NC 55 in Holly Springs over to about 401 in Garner) would be completed in 2025. I think that Southern Meadows is even farther east than 401.

"Amazing speed?"
Well, not next week...
Really, not much of an idea, I just think that the toll concept would encourage bureauracy to move quicker just to tap that revenue source.
I'm conservative with disclosures and try to get what I know out there, and I do believe there will be a highway at some point. You never really know how long someone will be in a home.
I'd sure bet that tolls get collected prior to 2025 if allowed...
