Well, we finally got a babysitter!!!! We just moved to Clayton and I was wondering anyone had any ideas on what might be fun to do tonight. I don't want to drive very far...maybe Garner would be okay. I'm not talking a wild and crazy night out...husband still has to work tomorrow, but maybe someplace to eat dinner without other people's kids. Sorry if that's rude, but if I don't have mine...I don't really want to listen to someone else's on my "night off". Thanks!

Maybe somewhere at Whike Oak just off exit 306 in Garner. There is a sushi/japanese place that is good by the movie theatre, and other than my 3 year old, i doubt many people's kids will even try sushi!

And why not add an adult (R-rated) movie after dinner? Theaters aren't too busy on weekdays.

LOL Comedy club! (I personally never been, but it would be my choice for a night out!)

If you want to do a really cheap movie night, hit up Howell Theater in Smithfield (about 15 mins from Clayton) all seats are like $2. Cash only though!

There's also an indoor race track in Garner.
Team Building, Company Outings, Go Karts - Rush Hour Karting

I also second bdavis511. Kaze has really good sushi!

Have fun!
