I was :-). A lot of people moved away for better jobs after high school and college and are now coming back.

For the most part, the real estate market around here has been slow and steady. Unless you plan to be here for more than 2 or 3 years, I would suggest that you rent.

Thanks for your suggestions. The number of interesting homes is a bit overwhelming. I'd love to find a custom builder who is building a community ofsmaller homes. I've made a list of homes that like great (from their internet pictures). Any feedback that you can give me would be much appreciated:

Kitts Creek
