I need to go look at blinds, basically, sit down with a consultant, give measurements and order. Which JC Penney would you recommend? South Point, Crabtree, or any other mall? I know the service in each place depends on the sales representative, and I wanted to see if anyone of you went to a particular one and had a good/bad experience.

Thanks,

D

I don't think there is one in Crabtree. It's North Hills and I think they're about all the same as far as ordering stuff. Whichever is closest to you would be best.

........ Lowe's? we've bought quite a few from them with great results. they cut-to-order on the spot.

and yes, Crabtree doesn't have a JCPenney.

Bought some at North Hills with good results. Good help from the consultant. Would recommend NOT going on a Saturday or Sunday when it will be crowded, so they will not be hurried.

Just an option for your consideration:

AAA Blinds. Deal with Will.

AWESOME.

We got ours (29 sets) from Home Depot. I think you'd get a more "specialized" person there or Lowe's, who does just blinds.
