Suggestions for a quick restaurant (at 4:15pm Friday) in/near downtown Raleigh? (Clyde: to eat)

Anyone have any suggestions for a decent place (i.e. not fast food) to grab a bite to eat in or near downtown Raleigh? We need to be in and out in 45 minutes this afternoon.

Clyde Coopers Barbecue on Davie Street will have you in and out as fast as you can wolf it down.
IMO, good 'cue is the original fast food, sine qua non.
