Plumber recommendation - Kitchen water supply valves won't shut off (Raleigh: plumbing, phone)

Okay so I've spent the better part of the day on email and phone trying to get replacement parts for my leaky kitchen faucet which are arriving Monday, but now the water supply will not shut off completely and will now not turn on completely. I have a slow leak until I can get it fixed.

I'm in North Raleigh (Falls of Neuse/Durant Rd. area).

Any decent plumber recommendations for Monday (not emergency and not a rocket science project).

Thanks for your responses. Unfortunately, my low priority plumbing issue turned out to be a high priority and so I had to call a weekend plumber to come and fix it.
