Im looking for a place that rents out quads/four wheelers where you can drive them on their property by the hour with hills and possiby mud and all that fun stuff. anyone know of anywhere? if they dont have a website, if you can supply the phone number and rates, that would be awesome! thanks!

Not in the Triangle, but Virginia International Raceway has (had?) an ATV rental/riding program. VIR is about an hour and 15 minutes north of the Triangle.
Welcome to VIRginia International Raceway
I've noticed the new website doesn't mention ATVs, so call them to check.

I don't think VIR has anything like that anymore. Unfortunately there is no place local that does rentals either. If you want to make a couple hour drive there are some places, I would suggest Durhamtown.
Welcome . Be aware, renting an ATV is not cheap.

Most of the land here is private.If it has not been sold to a developer,chances are it's owned by some farmer who has had it in the family for 100 years.Best you can do is pay one of them to lease the land,if they are willing to.

when i did it before, we had to sign a waiver saying if we got hurt, the property/vehicle owners were not liable. it was pretty popular, and they made good money....i mean i think it was like $80/hr? not sure...it was a while back
