Hey it's mothers day. So I say pack have a margarita, pack some more have some more margaritas!!! Pack some more more margaritas then bring home some Taco Shell (the name we gave to the mexican food place in the shell gas station right there on CA Oaks). It may just be one of the best mothers days you have had if you keep it going

Congrats but just hold back the excitement till after you get the check. I once had a settlement fall through because they buyers failed to disclose something their mortgage company did not like. Cross your fingers and hold the champagne till you get the check.
