I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the area on E Cornwallis Rd where Bainbridge Apartments are. Spring Ridge Apartments, Campus Crossing and Laurel Oaks are right around there.
UDI Center, Research Tricenter and Tricenter South are all research parks that are very nearby.
I know that there is a lot of crime in the area, but from people's experience does it seem like this part of town is getting better (think next 5-10 years) or worse? If you need criteria for better, basically just rising property value, lower crime, that sort of thing...
