Poppyseed Market in N Raleigh is doing a pre-cooked dinner. It's a little pricey (I think), but their food is always excellent.

One year we bought a smoked turkey from Costco. Everyone loved it. No work beyond thawing and great leftovers.

Unfortunately, no gravy. People wanted mashed potatoes and gravy, not scalloped potatoes, on Thanksgiving.
