Crime/Safety near Holston Meadows community (Durham: rental, house, neighborhoods)

I'm looking at buying a property in the Holston Meadows community off of Horton Road. The community has Marne, Delbert, Oran and Thames avenues.

I can't access the Durham Crime Mapper right now, but wanted to see if anyone knew of any crime or safety concerns for that neighborhood.

I have a rental house a bit north of there and we haven't had any problems. However, I know that some of the neighborhoods south of Horton Road have had break-ins. The best way to find out the current crime climate, and generally to find out about the neighborhood, is to drive through on the weekend and talk to the neighbors. Generally people are very open to talking and love being asked their opinion.
