We have reservations at the Washington Duke Inn for their Christmas Day Buffet. I don't know if they still have openings, but you could try.

Kevin at China Town in Cary (Cary Parkway and Hwy 54) told me they were open on Xmas. I think they have the best original Chinese food in the area.
