There is a gymnastics group called Premeir Athletics. They are in two locations, one is in Riverwood the other is off Guy Road. The one on Guy Rd. also has a competative cheerleading group called the Shockers. Look up Premier Athletics. My daughter just signed up for the 6 y.o. group.

What would you like to know? Have you already been here looking? We've been here over 2 years and love it.

Lauren

Can anyone recommend subdivisions in between Walmart and White Oaks shopping? We are looking for a woodsy neighborhood, not cookie-cutter, a little spread out and possibly a community pool. (in Clayton) We are looking under $150K for 1400 sq ft and up. Hoping for Clayton High School.

Not sure but one website that really helped me was the FM Realty site. You can search by school, price range, size of house, etc etc. Make sure you specify single family house if you aren't interested in townhouses. Once you get your list, you can zoon in on the map to see exactly where the subdivision is located.

Hi-I'm looking for some advise-we're planning on moving to the NC/Raleigh area within the next 16 months but will probably be buying soon-we're flying down on 1/30 for a few days to check things out. Leaning towards Holly Springs or Clayton-seems like you get quite a bit more for less-any information good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Saw some homes on Ridgewood Golf Course that looked great-if anyone knows about that specific area that would also be real helpful. Thanks you

We initially were also looking at Holly Springs but in the end chose Clayton. I did not want to deal with the school reassignments. They are deep into the discussions, debates and fights over the next round and Holly Springs is involved. Something to consider if you have kids. I have been completely happy with Clayton schools and Clayton in general. Nice sense of community and the majority of what i need is right here. What isn't here, I can get to within 20-30 minutes.

Default where did you end up?

Hello Suzanne - I have been reading through this thread. I am so curious where you ended up. Here I am in NY a year later than your post and I am heading to NC in 5 days to check things out.
