Maid / Cleaning Service - Brier Creek / RDU area (how much, house)

We would like to hire a cleaning service for our home near Brier Creek. The house is 2,600 square feet, with only two of the four bedrooms in use.

We want to hire an individual, and not a company, so if anyone is happy with their cleaning service, and would be kind enough to share the contact info (either here or pm), we would really appreciate it.

Also, if you would, please give a sense of how much we should pay.

I had looked forever and most services (and especially individuals) charged too much. We ended up with Maid Brigade, a small franchise that does an excellent job and (if this is something you're into) will do a "green" cleaning with no harmful chemicals (I like the chemicals, but some do not). They clean a vast majority of our 3400 square foot house including entire kitchen, master bath, vacuuming all floors, wet mopping the hardwoods, and lots of dusting, for about $82 per visit.
