Today I was driving on SE Maynard on my way back to school not paying any attention to what I was doing. I got pullled over for going 61 in a 35 zone. (Before you get mad...I understand that I should pay more attention and I'm getting exactly what I deserve for speeding) Anyways, I'm only 16 and I have no clue what is going to happen in this process. Does anyone have any idea if my license will be suspended or how much the ticket will be for? Should I get a lawyer and let them worry about it or is it a waste of money? I already told my parents, so don't worry, I won't be on the road for awhile. I'm just scared because I don't know what's going to happen. Can I still drive legally? My court date isn't until mid april

Google "Prayer for Judgement Continued" and then don't get another ticket!
Given your age and the mph over, I would definitely, absolutely recommend getting a lawyer. You'll get a dozen or so solicitations any day now. Call a few and talk to them.
What level license do you currently have? That will play a role in what will eventually happen with your license.
