I am relocating this summer and know that I want to live ITB. I don't want to rush onto buying something because I am unfamiliar with the neighborhoods and the prices are too high for impulse buys. Are there any recommendations for links to 1yr. rentals ITB or just outside? If outside, where are the good communities to rent that have a pool and tennis courts? I think Cary is too far but North Raleigh would be fine as long as it is South of the 540. The MLS doesn't have much and craigslist is hit or miss. I would like a house and luckily rents are much cheaper there then where I am coming from so I am not very worried about the cost.

I think that you should look into Six Forks/North Hills area. As I was discussing in another post, Windsor Apartments in Downtown Raleigh, Apartments Inside Beltline Raleigh NC is a new complex that went up. Unfortunately, they don't have the pool or gym, but the location is fantastic.

Regards,
V

Does your customer need an ITB rental? Will be available after June 1.
(Carpet will be removed to expose hardwoods after May 31 closing) Brick ranch with full basement. 3 bedrooms & 2baths, living room, den, screen porch and large updated eat-in kitchen upstairs (1628 sf). Bonus, bedroom and bath in full daylight basement (1392 sf). Would be great for storage if you don't need the living space. Refrigerator, washer and dryer provided.

Pets welcome with approval

$1800/Month with 1 month deposit

This was just sent to me...Vicki
