Can anyone provide input/feedback on 3Br/2.5Bath Townhomes in Cary/Morrisville area ? We came across Centex, Lennar Stonewater, Weldon Ridge Grove etc, and were wondering about pros and cons of each. Weldon Ridge seems good, but feels very remote and pricier too.

I sold a few of the Hamlet In The Park townhomes and they are building new ones next door called Shiloh Grove. Could be less money than what you are looking to spend since you mentioned Stonewater. I have clients that purchased one of the 3 level townhouses and they are very well upgraded but more costly than Shiloh Grove.

I'm not sure I have shown Weldon Grove as the name doesn't ring a bell. I'll have to look it up when I get back later.

I am relocating to Cary and I am pondering the Grove at Weldon Ridge (condos). Does anyone have any updated information of comments on this development? I must move quickly and I am not familiar with the area. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

The Grove at Weldon Ridge is a townhome community. No condos.

This is in fact Orleans Homes Builder. neighbourhood is nice and right a little remote. The only problem I see is with their customer service and warranty department. Very poor customer service and when it comes to warranty just forget about it. Orleans claims to be custom home builder and tries to differentiate it from pulte etc but that is not true. I guess after recent recession it has lost its quality and service but still very expensive. So do the home work. I am a current resident.
