I'm looking for a new sofa and live in a small apartment and noticed on their website they have smaller sofas than most other furniture stores. I wondered about the quality, service, delivery, etc.

I got a La Z Boy couch & recliner from them and was very happy. In my opinion they are on the "good" side of quality.

Hubby purchased a recliner from them YEARS ago and I wish the thing would die! Nothing wrong with it, very comfortable but I have changed colors in the den and the old recliner is the wrong color! Hubby doesn't want to part with it!!!

Maybe their quality is too good?!!

They do have smaller size furniture, which is why I bought a sofa and loveseat from them about six years ago (before I moved to the Raleigh area). So far the pieces are holding up just fine - so much so that I can't really justify buying new ones, even though I'd prefer a different configuration for my current house.

IIRC, they're still American-made if that makes a difference to you. Our LaZ boy recliners just won't die.

Our sectional and recliner were the only large pieces of furniture we brought from NJ. Very sturdy and still looks like new. Can't go wrong with LB.

I bought 2 couches from them (5 years ago and 2 years ago).

Both are holding up well and I am very happy. I would (and did) buy from them again.

LA Z Boy is good quality merchandise. If you can wait for one of their semi-annual sales you can save more $$$. I got 2 recliners from them (very modern looking) and they are nice!

That's true. We waited for the sale to buy our furniture. Saved quite a bit.

LaZboy is definitely quality. My parents moved and left their recliners behind, the salesidiot talked them into buying new Lane ones and they have really regretted it and will only go with lazboy from now on.
