My network color laser printer is down, and while I have the error code and some information what the code means, it is beyond me to repair it.

Does anyone have a referral for on-site diagnosis and repair in Cary?

It is a Dell/Fujitsu/Xerox laser printer.

TIA.

Did you speak with the support people at the company and were they able to provide any local support places? If not, you could call Digitz (Hillsborough St, Raleigh) and ask them if they can recommend someone, or maybe they could fix it. They must get this type of Q a lot.

Thanks for the recommendation for Dititz.

It is out of warranty and not supported anymore via Dell, and they wanted $239.00 up front to diagnose via chat. I passed.
