we lived in downing glen (directly beside twin lakes) and it is VERY loud. recently moved to brighleaf in the park neighborhood in durham. it is just as close to the park just on the opposite side. very easy commute and 4 different builders to choose from with different price ranges plus i think you will get more for your money
