I am looking for an apartment, loft, or townhome in Raleigh, NC that is $900/mth at the most (not including utilities). Looking for a safe and nice part of Raleigh--I will be relocating from out of state.
Here is my wish list:
- 700+sq.ft
- pet friendly (just a small dog)
- balcony or patio
- washer/dryer
- vaulted ceilings or loft style
- decent amount of natural light would be great
- close to hiking or biking trails
I know that's asking a lot, but, like I said, it's just a *wish* list : )
I like the falls river area off of Durant in North Raleigh -- In Falls River you have some trails and it is a nice community. In your price range too - summermill apartments meets everything on your list. maybe not the loft/ceilings... There is a farmer's market in the shopping plaza there and it is close to 540.
You don't mention where you are going to be working, and that might be useful to folks in order to suggest places.
