Yep, just ate at Brix in Chapel Hill last week while there on business. Met some local folks that said it is one of their favorites. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was pretty good. The sandwiches looked good as well. I think it will be well received.

Ooooh...Brixx is good! I can honestly say I've liked everything I've tried. The first restaurant opened in 1998 in Charlotte. I usually go to that location. It's neat to see them grow!

I'm a big fan of Brixx. And, yes, I've even gotten my MBA there.

I hear they have good pizza. HOWEVER, do NOT order the salad TOPPED with SALMON.
It was crumbled CANNED salmon. I was mortified. And it tasted horrible.

What kind of pizza is it - thin or thick? How does it compare with either CPK or Pizzeria Uno?

Daughter and I have been to the Brixx in Meadowmont and really liked it. Had pizza, and was delicious. Can't remember if it was thick or thin? (Thick, I think) On the w/e, there is a 40 minute to 1 hour wait, so locals, must like it.
