Looking to get a coconut cream pie for my finance's bday, as that is what she wants every year. What are some good local bakery's that can take care of this? Ideally in Durham or N. Raleigh area, as we live close to Brier Creek.

I will tell you that Pie Bird is going to rock! When I lived in Oakwood, everybody loved her pies...they are wildly popular with the people in the neighborhood. I can't wait to check out her new shop!

TTT any more ideas? We did mad hatter last year, and it was good but not great.

Working now in N. Raleigh so areas of Raleigh are better now.

left Pie Birds a message to see if they are even open to do one yet.
