Well, they have some info up at their site now. Low 200s. The floor plans are generating an error page, but I assume they will get it up soon. New Homes in Cary at Enclave at Stone Creek Village - Standard Pacific Homes (http://www.standardpacifichomes.com/new-homes/cary-raleigh-durham-enclave-at-stone-creek-village.html - broken link)

The rendering looks nice enough. 32 units 2 story with basement. I am still assuming the parking will be behind them at basement level. It will be interesting to see if ther eis agarage or not.

Actually, the sign states "starting in the mid-200's".

The "Enclave at Stone Creek" is in the midst of construction. Model is now open. We went to see it...didn't care too much for the floorplan. 3 stories - elevator optional. Starting price $279K. Looks like 2 have already sold.

Oh, and a really nice toy store recently opened in the shopping center, between FM Gemelli's and Tribeca.

The walkability will be tremendous there, but I wonder at over $300,000 with the elevator...

Does the model actually have the elevator? That seems like the kind of thing that seeing it would help sell quite a bit.

Elevator? I wonder if they are marketing to empty nesters? I've sold a few 3 level townhouses...people in their 20s and 30s seem to like the amount of square footage they get and don't seem to mind the stairs.

Yes, the end model does have an elevator. I just came through there and another sold sign is up - one on an already constructed unit and 2 signs on bare lots. There will be 34 units in total.

The garage is in the basement, and some of the units are 2 bedrooms.
The community is sparse on play areas.

I even had the Mrs. over for a quick peek. I like the walkability of the set up with SCV shops right out front and Harris Teeter 100-150 yards away. But there's little chance I would buy a typical 3 level TH for myself with kitchen on the 2nd level without an elevator.

I think the first sales will be the easiest, since the first 2 or 3 buildings will have the wooded view out the back. Closer to the circle the view is slightly less pleasant. Doctor's office and sediment pond.

Still, I think it is a good set up, as one could walk to about 90% of their daily needs.
