Hello all,

I'm relatively new to the area (5 months) and am looking at this community by Beazer. It is located about 1 mile north where alston and cornwallis intersects. Can someone give me some opinion about this area? Also the area is not really developed, but people have been telling me there will be major developments along MLK and Hwy 55.

Thank you

PS: I'm a professional working in RTP with no kids so school is not a issue here.

Decent commute to RTP. Close to shopping -- Southpoint, SuperTarget/Harris Teeter way down MLK Pkwy; Wal-Mart StuporCenter and Lowe's coming soon near Fayetteville/MLK. Can't say there's much to distinguish this area other than convenience, but not a bad place to end up.

We looked *very* briefly at Wynterfield by Beazer when we moved to the area -- it's very close to Wyndmore. Weren't really impressed by the thrown-up nature of the townhouses and decided very quickly to stick with our first instinct to stay with in-town neighborhoods. But, if you're looking for something low-maintenance and close to the Park, Beazer tends to be pretty affordable.
