Picked up a menu for Cafe Harmony a couple weeks ago. I go there a couple times a week for lunch now.

Good food and reasonable prices.

Gluten free option, vegan options, etc.....

Cafe Harmony

New Gluten Free Option!!!

Pullen Park Cafe is part of the remodeled Pullen Park and they now have a GF menu. One of the owners has Gluten Intolerence and they even have separate prep areas!!! This is awesome news.

Check them out!! Pullen Place | Fresh, Local and Seasonal Cafe in Raleigh's Historic Pullen Park

More people are realizing sensitivities to gluten and are buying gluten-free products. Wegman's (the grocery store chain, which began in Rochester, NY) has a whole gluten-free dept. We shop at the Wegman's in Woodbridge, NJ. Try corn, millet or quinoa products! Quinoa is a wonderful grain, voted as the highest protein grain by the U.N Council on Nutrition. It comes from the Peruvian mountains, tastes yummy, (a nutty flavor) and is cooked in 8 min. A great alternative to rice and wheat items. A no-brainer!

I know the supermarkets have some gluten free products but just wondering if there is a store for just gluten-free items? One with more selection. I shop at Trader Joe's and Kroger both have some gf foods but I would also like to get things like rice and have more pasta selections. Thanks!
