I used Frazee Carpet in 2008. They are located in Durham. I had a good experience with them. They replaced my carpet in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, and living room. And I had no problems with them.
I actually have had very good luck with Home Depot. Would not reccoment their 'turn key' work for anything else (because of cost vs. quality)....but their whole house install prices (when their is a special...which their has been for it seems like almost a year) are as good as anyones and the installers they use have been very good/professional in the 3 times I have used them.
